brasio in the UK

Also known as: UK, United Kingdom, Great Britain, England, pubs, EPOS.

Yes — brasio works in the UK. Although it originated in a Spanish restaurant, the system is multi-country and a British venue can run it as-is:

  • English interface on the terminal, the KDS and the admin panel.
  • Prices and payments in pounds (£, GBP), not in euros.
  • UK VAT on receipts — the Spanish tax layer (Veri*factu, AEAT) does not apply and does not appear: a UK establishment does not have these requirements.
  • All features are the same: floor plan, orders, kitchen display, bookings, reports and time tracking.

Price in the UK

£35 + VAT per month per venue, all-inclusive, with no minimum contract term. The 14-day free trial works in the same way as in Spain: no card details required.

Card payments

brasio does not take any percentage of your card sales. You use your own SumUp account or the card terminal you already have with your bank; card payments are recorded on the receipt as the payment method.

Further information

The page brasio.io/epos-uk summarises the UK offering in English. For specific queries (for example, migrating from Zettle, Epos Now or Square), please email us at support@brasio.io.
